Consumer Hotline

The Southern Madison Water District would like to notify all customers that the Public Service Commission of Kentucky has established a Toll Free Consumer Hotline. The statewide toll-free number will be 1-800-772-4636.

The purpose of the Hotline is to make the Commission more accessible to utility customers with problems concerning this utility.
