Tips To Ensure Accurate Reading
In order to provide you with accurate and timely billings, our meter readers need to be able to quickly access your water meter. Please help us by doing the following:
- Trim tree or shrubs away from the meter box.
- Don’t park cars or place other objects on top of meter.
- Secure pets so readers can access the meter.
- Arrange in advance to unlock the gate or otherwise permit entry.
- Make sure your house number is visible.
- Remove leaves, ice and snow from the meter.
Our meter readers appreciate your consideration. The more easily and efficiently we can gather usage data, the more we will be able to keep costs in check.
